Yes 4G LTE : flash via SD card.

Step1:
1. Try to hit power button for 15 seconds during the boot screen when it is stuck. Then see if it recovers. If not, then move to Step2.

Step2:
Here you need to reflash.

Please note that we provide no guarantee that the apps and data will be retained because we could not look at the state of your phone. In some cases you will have to set it up again.

Please download the FW and copy to the SD card on the phone. FW is named update.zip @ http://updates.yes.my/downloads/test_win/update.zip. Please note that you should save it as update.zip and it must be about 735 MB

Once you have the FW on the SD card you can insert this SD card into the phone and follow instructions.

Firmware upgrade using Micro SD

Procedure
1. Copy the firmware file onto the SD card and insert into Altitude phone
2. Power off the device
3. Press Power key & Volume up and down key together
4. Press volume key down and select Apply update from SD card ( Press power key)
5. Select update.zip(Press power key)
6. You can see the update process in above screen , the update process will complete in 5 mins.
7. Note – The device will keep the old data,its auto boot up once the firmware process is complete.
